* CME hours Certificate from the American Association of Continuing Medical Education (will be sent to your email)

Terms:

Registration that won't comply to terms mentioned will be discarded

Fill the registration form carefully by yourself, watch the spelling, as you are only allowed to register once, and details will be used without further modification.

Double registration will cancel both registration
